The fastest way is email. We read every message and reply from the same address.
We welcome feedback: bug reports, suggestions to improve calendar accuracy, accessibility improvements, or questions about how age is calculated. The calculators run locally in your browser, so we never see the dates you entered unless you choose to include them.
What to include for a faster reply
- The exact URL where you encountered the issue (e.g.,
/birthday-calculator/) - The dates you entered (day / month / year) and the result you expected vs. received
- Your browser, device and operating system
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Screenshots or screen recording if it helps
Response time & availability
We aim to reply within 48 hours on weekdays, often sooner. For urgent issues (e.g., a clearly wrong age result) include “urgent” in your email subject. We are a small independent site, not a 24/7 call center — but every email is read by a real person.
